About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, translating complex AI concepts into simple, delightful user experiences.
- Design high-impact websites, landing pages, and interactive web components aligned with brand and product strategy.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, investor decks, and internal visual assets that tell compelling stories.
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across products and presentations.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements informed by analytics.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Mentor junior designers and provide thought leadership on UI/UX, web, and presentation best practices.
- Stay ahead of design trends, AI-driven UX innovations, and emerging tools to keep HeadstormAI visually and experientially cutting-edge.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating top-tier product, website, and presentation work—preferably in SaaS, AI, or tech.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other visual design/prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and presentation storytelling.
- Experience in remote, cross-functional teams collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Portfolio required: must show complex problem-solving, creativity, and measurable impact across apps, web, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with prototyping, motion/animation design, and accessibility standards.
- Background in product strategy, research-driven design, or storytelling through presentations.
