Role Overview
As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the design vision and execution across our core platform products—including data intelligence dashboards, branded microsites, and an automated reporting suite. You'll craft elegant, customer-centric experiences and produce compelling corporate and product visuals that reflect our next stage of growth. Working closely with engineers, marketers, clients, and leadership, you’ll shape the overall product experience, evolve a best-in-class design system, and ensure a consistent, refined aesthetic across every digital touch-point.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design Leadership: Lead the entire product design lifecycle—from user research and concepting to prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery.
- High-Fidelity Interfaces: Design high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with the established design system.
- Design System Ownership: Maintain and evolve the company's core design system (colors, typography, components, states).
- Creative Production: Develop visually striking layouts and creative assets for marketing and platform needs in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- QA & Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering to translate design into production-ready components, and serve as the final point of review for all creative agency output, ensuring best-in-class design quality.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Conduct user testing, measure performance from pixel-perfect prototypes, and translate insights into iterative design improvements.
- Advocacy: Advocate for user-centric design thinking and champion smart, logical creative solutions across the organization.
Design & Prototyping
- Figma (Advanced): Expertise in Auto-layout, component libraries, interactive prototypes, and scaling design systems.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Advanced): Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
UI/UX Expertise
- Proven ability in data visualization and dashboard interface design.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web and mobile-first design principles.
- Expertise in accessibility and usability best practices.

- Experience working in a fast-paced and respected creative/ad agency.
- Familiarity with Tailwind, Mantine UI, or other React design systems.
- Experience with motion design and microinteractions.
- Understanding of SaaS, analytics, or mobility-tech products.
