About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand & Graphic Designer responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing brand identity systems, marketing assets, and landing page layouts.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage full brand identity systems including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and brand guidelines.
 
- Develop marketing materials: brochures, one-pagers, social media graphics, event materials, and ads.
 
- Design responsive landing pages, website layouts, and digital assets in collaboration with developers and marketers.
 
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
 
- Prepare print-ready files, coordinate with printers, and ensure production quality control.
 
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, mood-boarding, and concept development.
 
- Maintain organized design systems and asset libraries.
 
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders.
 
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to align creative direction with business goals.
 
Requeriments
- 5+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or visual design (agency or in-house).
 
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and print design.
 
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
 
- Skilled in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for digital layout and web mockups.
 
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
 
- Knowledge of print production, responsive design, and digital optimization.
 
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
 
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
 
Preferred Skills
- Motion design or animation (After Effects, Lottie, Premiere).
 
- Illustration or custom iconography creation.
 
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or collaboration with web developers.
 
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and brand guideline libraries.
 
- Leadership or mentoring experience within creative teams.
 
- AI Tools & Capabilities (Preferred)
 
- Proficiency or experience using AI-assisted creative tools (for image, video, or identity generation)
 
- Familiarity with or experience using AI tools for marketing materials
 
- Ability to judge, refine, and “humanize” AI-generated output so that final assets feel polished, and on-brand
 
- Ability to integrate AI-generated drafts into production workflow, iterating and optimizing rather than relying on them as final
