- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and foster continuous improvement in team performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring transparency, proactive updates, and alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Project Planning & Execution: Create detailed project timelines, define milestones and deliverables, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues to stay on track.
- Client Engagement: Confidently lead meetings, workshops, and presentations—translating technical concepts into clear business language.
- Scope & Change Management: Own the change control process, assessing impacts on scope, budget, and timelines, and securing necessary approvals.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Jira, Notion, Asana, or Confluence to manage project tasks, documentation, and reporting.
- Quality & Documentation: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Oversee detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Coordination: Work closely with leads to allocate and optimize team resources across multiple projects.
