_About The Role
Are you a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for strategy and a love for all things branding, PR, and marketing? We're on the hunt for a PR & Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our voice, boost brand recognition, and showcase our expertise in the world of nutraceutical and cosmetic manufacturing.
In this fully remote role, you'll craft compelling content, manage media outreach, and help us build the marketing foundation we need to scale. Youβll work closely with a passionate, collaborative team and have the freedom to bring your ideas to life while making a real impact in an exciting and growing industry.
What Youβll Be Doing
π‘ Own the content calendar: Plan and publish 6 blog posts per month that educate and engage
π£ Coordinate quarterly press releases: Use PR Newswire to distribute newsworthy updates
π¬ Run sponsored email blasts: Partner with industry publications to get the word out
π Track award submissions: Help us get the recognition we deserve (think Inc. 5000, NutraIngredients, etc.)
π Monitor & report:Track PR campaign performance and share whatβs working
π± Turn wins into content: Repurpose media mentions into LinkedIn posts, emails, and case studies
π― Manage LinkedIn ads: Run and optimize campaigns, plus track performance
π₯ Create 1 original video/month: Tour the lab, highlight R&D insights, or feature happy clients
π Set up simple tracking systems: Think UTMs, dashboards, campaign spreadsheets
π€ Collaborate with internal teams: R&D and Sales will be your go-to for expert input and inspiration
What You Bring
βοΈ 4+ years of experience in PR, content, or marketing coordination
βοΈ Excellent English (C1 level or above) - writing and communicating is your superpower
βοΈ Strong project coordination skills - you keep things moving, on time, and stress-free
βοΈ Experience with PR tools, content platforms, and B2B email marketing
βοΈ Youβve used tools like PR Newswire, Medium, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Ads
βοΈ Comfortable shooting/editing short video content (even on your phone using CapCut or Canva)
βοΈ Highly proactive, organized, and ready to create processes from scratch
