Duties And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior PPC Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in the Amazon seller ecosystem and a proven track record managing performance marketing across Amazon, Google, Meta, and TikTok. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives on data, knows the Western e-commerce market, and can lead and execute strategy with minimal supervision.
This role will focus on beauty products (specifically hair removal), so female candidates are preferred for better brand resonance, though all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Ads Campaign Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Use tools like Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Pacvue
- Stay updated on Amazon’s evolving ad formats and beta programs
Keyword Research & Targeting
- Conduct in-depth keyword research specific to Amazon buyer behavior
- Implement both manual and automatic targeting strategies to maximize reach and conversion
Listing Optimization
- Collaborate with content and product teams to optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Ensure ad messaging aligns with listing content for improved conversion rates
A+ Content & Brand Store Integration
- Drive traffic to high-converting A+ content and Amazon Brand Stores
- Work with creative teams to enhance visual and storytelling components of listings
Bid & Budget Management
- Monitor and adjust bids and budgets to meet ACoS and TACoS targets
- Optimize campaigns with a clear understanding of Buy Box dynamics and competitor pricing strategies
Cross-Platform Ad Management (Google, Meta, TikTok)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok
- Ensure cohesive messaging and targeting across all platforms
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze key metrics: ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, sales attribution
- Use tools like Amazon Attribution, Brand Analytics, and platform dashboards
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve ROI and scale ad performance
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor campaigns, keyword trends, and market shifts
- Adapt strategy based on evolving marketplace and consumer behavior trends
Minimum Requirements
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accent is acceptable)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Industry: Beauty or personal care industry experience preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and cross-channel digital advertising
- Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon, Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Deep understanding of the Amazon seller ecosystem, including PPC strategy, SEO, listing optimization, and attribution
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management and performance optimization
- Experience in Western markets (e.g., U.S., UK, Canada)
- Beauty or personal care industry experience preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (accent and location not important)
- Self-directed and strategic—knows what needs to be done, what processes to implement, and how to set up systems for success from day one
- Comfortable working independently and proactively solving problems without hand-holding
