Company/Client Overview
We are a marketing agency specializing in supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands with their growth initiatives. Our services include media buying with a focus on TikTok, acquisition and retention marketing, and full-stack campaign support.
We work extensively with Klaviyo for email lifecycle marketing, develop strategies for subscription-based brands, and provide end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns. Our expertise also covers eCommerce strategy, Shopify tech stacks, and go-to-market planning, enabling our clients to scale effectively in competitive markets.
Duties And Responsibilities
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed generalist to support operations, creative workflows, and client delivery. You’ll work directly with the founder and team to bring order to chaos: organizing tasks, documenting SOPs, managing timelines, and keeping projects moving.
This is not an assistant role where you're fetching coffee (virtual or not). You’ll be a core part of the team that enables client success, improves our internal systems, and helps us grow.
Project & Task Management
- Maintain and update Notion task boards for all clients
- Ensure briefs and deliverables are assigned, tracked, and followed up
- Help schedule and prioritize weekly tasks across team members
Organization & Ops
- Manage Google Drive folders, assets, and naming conventions
- Set up and maintain Slack channels for clients with pinned briefs, links, and resources
- Support onboarding by creating and managing checklists and templates
Reporting & Analysis
- Pull reports from Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Sheets
- Help compile weekly performance summaries and flag trends
Creative & Admin Support
- Assist in writing first drafts of briefs, headlines, or internal docs
- Help document processes and turn informal chats into SOPs
- Light creative QA: check formatting, links, and content before sending to clients
- Light design: helping iterate on current ads by replacing text and resizing in Canva
Minimum Requirements
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accent is okay)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Industry: direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands, ideally small and fast-growing companies
- Proven Growth Marketing Experience
- Strong project management skills — able to track deliverables across multiple clients, set clear timelines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Ability to create clear and actionable creative briefs — for example, outlining scripts for UGC influencers or planning campaign concepts (not creating the content yourself, but defining what needs to be made)
- Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and translating marketing goals into concise project requirements
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- Fluent in Slack, Notion, Google Drive
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Asana, and Klaviyo or something similar is required
- Strong communicator—clear, proactive, and professional
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing async tasks
- Curious about marketing, growth, and building systems
Why This Role is Exciting
- Direct exposure to high-growth DTC brands
- Learn fast by working directly with experienced marketers and founders
- Help build the operational foundation of an emerging agency
- Real ownership over processes and client success
- Flexible hours and a fully remote setup
