The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager from Latin America to lead our client's digital marketing initiatives in the US healthcare sector. This is a critical role where you will drive growth through paid campaigns while also supporting long-term organic strategies.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on paid channels, while leveraging HubSpot and the latest marketing tools to optimize performance. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels) focused on US healthcare audiences.
- Leverage HubSpot to manage campaigns, track leads, nurture prospects, and optimize conversion funnels.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices in digital and healthcare marketing.
- Support content and SEO strategies to build long-term organic growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaigns.
- Identify and test new channels, tools, and strategies to maximize marketing effectiveness.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media campaigns for US healthcare companies.
- Proven success in managing and scaling paid advertising budgets effectively.
- Proficiency with HubSpot for campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing, with the ability to contribute to organic growth initiatives.
- Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
