Mission & Impact
This role is essential in owning and optimizing the company’s growth marketing strategy. You'll focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to turn insights into scalable growth. Your work will directly impact user acquisition, engagement, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve website and landing page performance with a CRO-first approach
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
- Design and execute A/B tests across key touchpoints
- Use tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and HubSpot to track user behavior and optimize user experience
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Create dashboards and performance reports to communicate key metrics and insights
- Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure aligned messaging and seamless execution
- Work with front-end developers to execute minor web changes (basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge preferred)
- Oversee junior talent or freelancers on a project basis, when applicable
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on CRO and analytics
- Demonstrated success in optimizing landing pages and funnels for improved conversions
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, HubSpot, and similar MarTech platforms
- Solid understanding of media buying, digital ad strategy, and performance reporting
- Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript)
- Experience with CRM tools and platforms; familiarity with Go High Level, Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

- Experience in the health, wellness, or medical space
- Prior success implementing CRM integrations or email marketing automations
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing strategies and segmentation
