Marketing Manager & Brand Strategist (Executor & SME)
Overview: The Mission and Growth
We are a rapidly scaling Hotel Hospitality Brand based in Florida, currently operating at $2.5–$3 million in revenue with the immediate potential to scale up to $10–$15 million as new deals land. We are seeking a foundational Marketing Manager/Branding Specialist to architect our growth engine. This role is the top priority and will focus on establishing brand continuity and driving revenue through strategic execution.
The Opportunity: Strategic Execution and Hands-On Leadership
This is a critical, high-impact role for a marketing professional who is both a strategist and a comfortable executor (a true "doer"). This approach allows us to secure someone with oversight and vision who is still willing to be "in the trenches"—a necessity for a high growth company.
You will not inherit a team, but you will be the brand's primary marketing SME, responsible for adding value immediately. We need someone who has a passion for travel and hotels and who can translate that passion into compelling online marketing collateral. Your mission is to tell our story brand—whether targeting partners, guests, or corporate groups—and then run the full execution play on the social and performance marketing side.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Content Creation
Brand Storytelling: Develop and set the overall marketing strategy, focusing heavily on defining and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Online Collateral: Personally create and maintain the online marketing collateral necessary to tell our story brand to partners, guests, and corporate clients.
Brand Continuity: Manage the execution of marketing initiatives across all social platforms while maintaining consistent brand voice and cohesive messaging.
Performance Execution & Growth
PPC Expertise: Personally manage and optimize PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns to drive qualified leads and booking conversions.
Revenue Focus: Maintain a strategic focus on revenue outcomes, directly tying marketing activities to measurable sales and growth.
Acquisition Channels: Create and test new booking channels and acquisition methods outside of traditional social media.
Social Execution: Manage the execution of marketing initiatives across all social platforms.
Innovation & Systems Integration (AI Focus)
AI Integration: Support our strategic initiative to integrate Artificial Intelligence by helping to build out this middle layer—identifying and implementing systems that automate and enhance marketing performance.
Process Leadership: Act as both a strategist and an executor, capable of defining high level plans while also diving into the details of campaign implementation.
Requirements
Experience: Strong marketing strategy and execution skills, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or high growth real estate sector.
PPC Proficiency: Proven experience running and managing paid advertising campaigns (PPC).
Skills: Ability to manage brand voice, maintain cohesive messaging, and create high quality marketing collateral.
Mindset: Proven ability to create new acquisition channels. Must be a hands on executor and self starter who can add value immediately.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
Location: Based in Latin America or South Africa.
