Role: Marketing Manager / Full-Stack Growth Marketer (DTC + Social Commerce)
Priority Location: Latin America and South Africa
Working Hours: XXam - XXPM (Mon - Fri) EST
Salary Range: $2000 - $3500 per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

About The Role
We’re looking for a highly hands-on, full-stack Growth Marketer who can own both strategy and execution across our two brands. This is not a purely strategic or managerial role. You’ll be the driver of growth, building and operating a content and performance engine from the ground up, especially across short-form video platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Social & Content Growth (Primary Focus)
- Own and execute growth strategy across TikTok and Instagram
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video content using tools like CapCut
- Stay deeply trend-aware (“chronically online”) and rapidly adapt content to platform trends
- Build authentic engagement (not vanity metrics)
Build a Content Engine for Womple
- Develop high-volume, high-quality content that educates users on the product
- Create explainer videos, demos, and UGC-style content
- Coordinate with creators or UGC contributors where needed
- Drive conversion improvements on both TikTok Shop and Amazon
Drive Brand Awareness for Sweet Dreams
- Expand digital presence and storytelling
- Translate a wholesale-led brand into a social-first consumer brand
- Increase reach and engagement through creative campaigns and consistent posting
Full-Funnel Ownership
- Plan and execute campaigns from awareness → engagement → conversion
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize content and distribution
- Test new formats, hooks, and messaging
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work alongside freelancers, agencies, and designers
- Act as the central owner/operator across fragmented resources
- Maintain a high level of accountability without requiring a large team
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in growth marketing + content execution (not just strategy)
- Deep understanding of TikTok content dynamics and trends
- Strong video editing and content creation skills (especially short-form)
- Ability to move fast, test often, and iterate based on performance
- Comfortable being both strategic and in-the-weeds executional
Ideal Candidate
- Has built or scaled a content engine for a DTC or e-commerce brand
- Experience driving sales via TikTok Shop and/or Amazon
- Familiar with UGC workflows and creator coordination
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in lean, fast-moving environments
