About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a mission-driven organisation focused on high-quality therapy that enhances sexual well-being, couples’ health, and personal growth. This role works closely with leadership to deliver marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media management, website updates, and online course implementation. The Marketing Manager’s goal is to increase client engagement, improve SEO, and drive course sales while maintaining the organisation’s values and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging and relevant content for multiple channels, including images, short-form video, long-form video, and copywriting. Assist with creating, refining, and marketing an online relationship course.
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across platforms, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions. Oversee content creation, copywriting, audience segmentation, and performance analytics. (Currently using Flodesk.)
- SEO/SIO/AIO: Monitor and improve site rankings in search engines and AI results. Use keyword research, content creation best practices, link building, and technical audits to improve organic search results, increase traffic, and optimise content for AI searches.
- Analyse the company’s digital marketing plan, branding, and social media strategy to recommend updates and keep the organisation at the forefront of the market.
- Identify strategic weaknesses and propose improvements.
- Research social media trends and inform management of relevant changes.
- Set KPIs for social media and email campaigns, such as shares, likes, click-through rates, and measure performance against KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Analyse marketing data, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements.
- AI Essentials: Apply knowledge of AI tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and quality in content creation and workflow. Maintain up-to-date skills in AI tools and best practices.
- Maintain brand alignment in all marketing content.
- Continuously develop personal and professional skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with brands, startups, or marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, able to manage and track multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management tools, email marketing software).
- Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, or similar website management tools.
- Proficiency in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and quality communication.
- Up-to-date with online marketing trends and measurement best practices.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
- Passion for marketing, with a willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.
