Position : Marketing Manager
Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST
Salary Range :$3,000-$3,500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary
We're seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel marketing efforts across both B2B and DTC verticals. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing data-driven campaigns, building brand awareness, and developing programs that convert. You'll be instrumental in scaling initiatives such as affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, social content, and recipe-driven email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop strategies and tactics to drive high-quality traffic across B2B and DTC channels
Own the marketing roadmap from ideation through to execution, in alignment with revenue and brand goals
Campaign Execution
Launch and manage marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including:
Organic social media (especially TikTok and Instagram)
Paid ads through external partners (e.g., Google Ads, Meta)
Content marketing (recipes, product education, lifestyle features)
Email newsletters and automated email flows
Influencer and affiliate partnerships under the Cambie Creators program
Content Creation
Create or oversee production of engaging content (visual, written, video) for blogs, social media, and email
Develop and distribute recipes and product guides to boost engagement and conversion
Partnerships
Build strategic relationships with influencers, creators, industry partners, media outlets, and agencies
Collaborate with external paid media partners to plan, brief, and evaluate paid advertising campaigns
Measurement & Optimization
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, and GA4
Analyze data and use insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Budgeting
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and partners
Forecast ROI and manage spend within pre-approved limits
Creative Direction
Oversee brand consistency and approve marketing collateral including digital ads, website assets, and printed materials
Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in full-funnel marketing roles, ideally in CPG, food, DTC, or e-commerce sectors
Background in the food & beverage industry
Track record of developing and managing successful multi-channel campaigns
Deep understanding of customer journey segmentation and lead nurturing
Strong proficiency with:
Marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, GA4)
Social media platforms and organic growth strategies
Experience collaborating with external partners or agencies for paid advertising
Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC, and affiliate platforms
Creative eye for content and messaging with high attention to detail
Data-literate and highly proficient in Excel/Sheets and reporting
Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
