Qualifications
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well in team-driven settings, and is highly motivated. Additionally, you must meet the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies specifically supporting SEO and PPC campaign operations
Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals, including familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices
Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to coordinate across teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Experience with marketing project management and campaign coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media insights, or marketing automation software
Experience working with external vendors, partners, and creative agencies.
Knowledge of budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor contract management.
Background in coordinating both online and offline marketing campaigns
Demonstrated ability to research market trends and compile actionable insights
Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) and PPC platforms beyond Google Ads
