About Us
We are a Florida-headquartered investment firm focused on providing so-called Seed stage investment capital to technology-enabled companies located in the UK and US. Our investors are high net worth individuals and who pay us fees in return for us seeking out and pursuing investments and managing their investment on their behalf. We engage in an activity which falls under quite heavy Government regulation and compliance requirements.
We are now expanding our number of investor clients and this opens a new phase of growth. To achieve this growth and to deliver on specific goals, we now seek a Marketing and Communications Specialist whose primary focus is to support this growth through our online activities across social media, direct marketing and campaigning, our website and other traditional channels such as YouTube and Linkedin.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Marketing and Communications Specialist will build and sustain our outbound communications and marketing strategies, focused principally across the curation and management of social media accounts, video-based content on YouTube, newsletters, blogs, content management on our website, brickcapital.co, and outbound email campaigns through a CRM system. This means the role will be responsible for creating on-message and compelling narratives, visuals, and data-driven insights with the specific and primary purpose of supporting our engagement with prospective high net worth individual clients: our principal geographical focus for this is North America and Europe (in the English language). As we also communicate with companies raising funds (i.e. accepting investment from us), our content should be relevant and not confusing this secondary community. The role presumes prior experience in financial services and, preferably, venture capital, private equity or investment clubs or syndicates. The successful candidate will also demonstrate fluent English and a professional tone which can assist in content asses which help to build and nurture investor client relationships.

- Create occasional targeted content (e.g., blog posts, social campaigns) to engage the founder community in the UK and US, in support of the enhancing of deal flow.
Market Research

- Analyze industry data to identify opportunities for engaging and expanding our co-investor network (i.e. separate from our clients).
- Provide actionable insights to enhance content and investor updates.
Data Analysis
- Use data-driven insights from marketing metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-throughs) to refine strategies for client engagement.
- Build mutually accessible dashboards in Excel or CRM platforms to track campaign performance, deal flow progress, and investor interactions.
