About The Role
This role supports the growth of Cantoni’s digital presence by executing content creation, digital campaign management, and community engagement. You’ll work across key channels—social, email, paid media, and ecommerce—helping to turn casual followers into loyal clients and fans of the brand.
Key Performance Goals (First 12 Months)
- Increase social followers by 40% YoY
- Maintain ≥ 2.5% engagement rate across major platforms
- Drive a 50% YoY increase in sessions from social and email
- Contribute toward $4M+ e-commerce revenue from digital channels
- Increase qualified trade leads by 35% YoY
- Support paid-media ROAS goals ≥ 5:1 in partnership with external agency
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Social Media Execution
- Build and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Edit and publish photo/video assets to maintain a modern-luxury aesthetic
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, direct messages, and usergenerated content (UGC) curation
- Paid Media Coordination
- Assist in crafting creative briefs and preparing campaign assets for the paid-media agency
- Monitor campaign pacing, tag tracking (GA4), and performance across platforms
- Support A/B testing efforts and performance optimization
- Trade Marketing Support
- Help implement campaigns targeting designers, builders, and architecture firms via LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google
- Update and maintain trade landing pages with lookbooks, events, and downloadable content
- Optimize listings on Houzz, Architonic, and Material Bank
- E-commerce Content & SEO Maintenance
- Assist with product merchandising updates, homepage promotions, and seasonal collections in BigCommerce
- Coordinate with SEO vendors on page hygiene, structured data, and product feed accuracy
- Support management of Google Merchant Center and email/SMS campaigns
- Influencer & Community Engagement
- Research and communicate with design influencers and editors for potential collaborations
- Track and respond to Google/Yelp reviews and assist in executing customer engagement campaigns
- Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain digital dashboards tracking traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Compile monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally with a retail, lifestyle, or design-centric brand
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, GA4, BigCommerce or Shopify, and email platforms like Klaviyo or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of paid digital campaign execution and reporting
- Familiarity with influencer collaboration, UGC sourcing, and luxury brand tone
- Able to work independently, communicate proactively, and meet tight deadlines across time zones
