About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and fast-moving Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital media production and AI-powered creative tools. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment and has experience producing compelling digital content for paid ads, email marketing, and social media.
You will work closely with our marketing team to create multiple ad variations across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, using both traditional design tools and AI solutions like Midjourney, Canva, and image-to-video platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Ad Design Create high-quality visual content for ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google. Each campaign typically includes 3 to 7 ad concepts, formatted in multiple aspect ratios:

Design Tools Work primarily in Canva, but you're welcome to use other tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma if preferred.
AI-Powered Image Creation Use tools like Midjourney (or similar platforms) to generate compelling visuals based on prompts for campaign use.
Image-to-Video Content Creation Turn AI-generated or client-provided still images into short-form video ads using platforms like Midjourney, Kling, Hailuo, or similar.
Quick Turnaround Deliver creative assets within 24 hours (or sooner) of receiving a request.
Campaign Reporting Assist with assembling weekly performance reports for ongoing ad campaigns. Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads is a bonus, but not required.
