We are a marketing agency specializing in supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands with their growth initiatives. Our services include media buying with a focus on TikTok, acquisition and retention marketing, and full-stack campaign support.
We work extensively with Klaviyo for email lifecycle marketing, develop strategies for subscription-based brands, and provide end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns. Our expertise also covers eCommerce strategy, Shopify tech stacks, and go-to-market planning, enabling our clients to scale effectively in competitive markets.
Duties And Responsibilities
We are seeking a versatile creative professional to produce high-quality static ads, video content, and marketing material for our clients in the DTC space. This role may include content creation, capturing media, and designing marketing emails and landing pages.
- Design visually compelling static and video ads for social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create on-brand landing pages, microsites, and other digital material.
- Assist in capturing and editing photo and video content for social media campaigns.
- Develop eye-catching marketing emails and newsletters with clear messaging and cohesive design for clients.
- Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and meet all deadlines consistently.
- Provide creative input for campaign concepts, visuals, and storytelling across multiple channels.
- Edit, retouch, and optimize video content for various platforms and formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the content fresh and innovative.
- Support the team with motion graphics, GIFs, and other multimedia content as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accent is okay)
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Industry: eCommerce
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for digital marketing campaigns for eCommerce brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media content, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in FIGMA and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media advertising platforms and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
