About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong aesthetic judgment, formal design training, and the ability to work seamlessly across print, digital, eLearning, and presentation design.
This is a high-impact role suited for a designer who brings a confident creative point of view, takes ownership of visual quality, and consistently elevates every project they touch. The work supports healthcare education initiatives used by clinicians, students, and healthcare professionals nationwide — visual excellence and clarity are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Visual & eLearning Design
Design visually compelling eLearning assets, including:
Slide decks
Illustrated graphics
Infographics
Icons
Course UI elements
Create materials for both client-facing projects and internal marketing/brand initiatives
Translate complex medical and technical content into clear, engaging visual formats
Client-Facing Deliverables
Brand Development & Management
Marketing & Digital Assets
Video & Motion Support
Contribute to video production workflows with:
Motion graphics
Lower thirds
Visual overlays and supporting assets
AI-Enhanced Design
Collaboration & Workflow
Required Qualifications (Hard Skills)
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related design discipline from an accredited program
Self-taught candidates will not be considered
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, range, and craftsmanship
Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Illustrator
Photoshop
InDesign
Strong PowerPoint design expertise — ability to create visually compelling, polished presentations
Demonstrated experience using AI design and image-generation tools in a professional workflow (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar)
Strong understanding of:
Typography
Layout
Color theory
Visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to meet deadlines in dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for healthcare, medical, or educational content
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as:
Articulate Storyline
Rise
Motion graphics and/or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere)
Understanding of digital accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)
