Graphic Designer - Digital & Print

Location: Remote - LATAM

Compensation: $1,400 - $2,200/month depending on experience

Hours: 8am - 4pm CT

The Company is a specialized e-commerce and educational business focused on creating high-quality resources for rock and mineral enthusiasts. The company produces printed books, manages an educational website and newsletter, and runs digital advertising campaigns to support its products and content. Overview

The Creative Designer will support both digital advertising campaigns and print materials. The role requires a highly creative individual who can produce high-performing ad creatives for social media (Facebook, Google Display) and create visually appealing layouts for printed books and e-commerce listings. This is a full-time remote role reporting directly to the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create static ad graphics for Facebook and Google Display campaigns
• Develop visually compelling imagery for e-commerce listings and product promotions
• Assist with layout design and formatting for printed books using Adobe InDesign
• Collaborate with the founder to ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and messaging
• Maintain consistency and quality across high volumes of creative assets
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital advertising and/or print design
• Proven experience creating high-performing ads for social media platforms (Facebook, Google Display)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with e-commerce image creation and listing graphics preferred
• Highly creative with excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong English communication skills
