Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in managing business operations and supporting the founder directly. The role requires someone who can think critically, execute with precision, and support both administrative and e-commerce functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage founder’s calendar, scheduling, travel, and inbox
  • Oversee workflows, task management, and follow-ups across multiple projects/brands
  • Support e-commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage documentation
  • Act as a detail-oriented gatekeeper, ensuring accuracy and reliability in deliverables

Hard Skills Required

  • 4-8 years prior EA experience supporting founders/CEOs
  • E-commerce familiarity (Amazon/Shopify/email marketing exposure preferred)
  • Strong digital and organizational skills — SOP creation, reporting, and task management
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and project management platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Soft Skills Required

  • Extreme attention to detail (non-negotiable).
  • Proactive problem-solver and strong critical thinker.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and mature presence.
  • Able to anticipate needs and think ahead rather than wait for instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
