The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and mission-aligned Email Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. This is a critical mid-level role where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all email marketing campaigns to engage their audience and support their mission.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical marketer who can manage the full lifecycle of email campaigns and can integrate seamlessly into a passionate, values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, setup, testing, and deployment.
• Segment audience lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
• Track and analyze key email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Optimize email deliverability and campaign effectiveness based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with major email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent copywriting and layout skills for creating engaging email content.
• A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to manage campaigns with minimal hand-holding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
