Creative Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (Latin America) Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8 AM-5 PM PST (with flexibility)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly creative, versatile, and autonomous Creative Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role for a professional with 5-10 years of experience who can serve as a true partner to our two co-founders. You will be instrumental in bridging creative execution with strategic paid media goals, all while embodying the style and quality we want our brand to represent.

This is a hands-on position that requires a self-starter who can wear multiple hats, from graphic designer to copywriter to video editor. We're looking for someone with the IQ to quickly understand a brand's identity and then execute flawlessly within that framework, bringing a highly motivated and calm demeanor to our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Content

  • Meta Static & Video Creative: Create compelling static graphics and edit video content for paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta.
  • UGC Video Editing: Edit raw User-Generated Content (UGC) by stacking and arranging clips in tools like CapCut to create engaging, short-form assets.
  • Brand Identity & Copywriting: Analyze a variety of brands' social media and DNA to quickly identify their style, then create on-brand copy and visuals. You will also be responsible for formatting content and recycling copy to maintain a consistent voice.
  • Formatting & Optimization: Ensure all content is correctly formatted and optimized for different channels, from social media to paid ads.

Collaboration & Management

  • Project Management: Utilize our internal tools, ClickUp and Slack, to manage projects, communicate with the founders, and stay on track.
  • Autonomy & Proactiveness: Work autonomously, with the expectation of regular check-ins rather than daily hand-holding. You will be trusted to deliver high-quality work and take the initiative to solve problems.
  • Team Leadership: This role has the potential to grow into a leadership position as our team expands, giving you the opportunity to mentor and guide future hires.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a similar role that combines graphic design, video editing, and marketing strategy.

  • Mindset: Highly motivated, creative, and autonomous. You are a self-starter who excels in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CapCut (or a similar program).

  • Familiarity with social media, creative, and paid media tools.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and formal English. You have a calm, relaxed demeanor and good energy.
