Design, develop, and maintain Kubernetes-native, cloud-based applications.
Build and enhance backend APIs, focusing on Go and Python.
Configure and extend Kubernetes using YAMLs, CRDs, and Operators.
Enhance and maintain existing storage management software.
Implement and promote best practices for software development.
Deliver strong unit and automated feature tests within CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure end-to-end feature delivery.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of software development experience in full-stack solutions.
Proven experience developing Kubernetes-native applications in commercial environments.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native and containerized environments.
Proficiency with Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.).
Deep experience in backend API development, primarily using Go and Python (Go preferred).
Additional experience with C++, C#, Node.js (nice to have).
Experience with web services and API integration (HTTPS, REST, JSON).
Familiarity with Kubernetes configuration (YAMLs, CRDs, Operators).
Knowledge of open-source tools such as Prometheus, Ceph, Minio, Vault, Keycloak (nice to have).
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with unit and automated feature testing (Mocha, Cypress, Ansible, Jenkins).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to work with customers and end users.
