Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about using data to improve user experience and support strategic decisions within identity and access–related products.

Remote in EU

Contract duration - 7 Months + Extensions

In this role, you will work with large datasets, define meaningful metrics, and design measurement strategies to evaluate the impact of new features. You will lead and analyze A/B tests across multiple platforms and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and designers, and be part of a broader data science community focused on continuous learning and improvement.

✅ Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong skills in SQL (BigQuery) and Python or R
• Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Solid understanding of statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, modeling)
• Ability to create dashboards in Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
• Experience with IAM is a plus, but not mandatory
