Key Responsibilities:

• Improve the design and refine of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms.

• Develop high-quality, engaging UI/UX designs and prototypes for both web and mobile edtech applications.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, and other designers) to turn user needs and business requirements into visually stunning and functional designs.

• Champion best practices in design, user experience, and visual storytelling to ensure designs are not only usable but also deeply compelling.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep our products innovative and user-centered.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of visual storytelling and expertise in UI design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other industry-standard software.

• Proven ability to create beautiful and functional designs that drive engagement and meet user needs across both web and mobile platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
