Location: Remote within the UK (should be open to travel if required basis client requirements)

Project description:

Data platform support for Shell's ongoing programmes.

Required skills:

· Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization for Data & AI products.

· Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI, GenAI, Analytics, and Automation opportunities.

· Act as a trusted advisor, helping business teams translate challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

· Drive product discovery, business case development, value estimation, and prioritization.

· Lead AI use cases involving Copilot, AI Agents, RAG, Knowledge Assistants, Intelligent Automation, Predictive Analytics, and GenAI solutions.

· Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, and Business teams to deliver products aligned with business objectives.

· Own product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product releases.

· Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics Nice to have skills: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.

· Strong experience as a Data Product Owner, AI Product Owner, Product Manager, or Management Consultant.

· Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Data Platforms.

· Experience with AI ecosystems including: Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, AI Agents and Knowledge Assistants Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Analytics, and modern cloud data platforms. Ability to create product strategies, business cases, investment proposals, and executive-level presentations. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, consulting, and communication skills.
