Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Bhopal, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will plan, create, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to build brand awareness and support lead generation. Daily responsibilities include managing content calendars, drafting and scheduling posts, coordinating with design and product teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and using analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns. The specialist will also support digital marketing activities such as running paid social campaigns, collaborating on email and content marketing initiatives, and staying current with social and AI-driven marketing trends relevant to Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing engaging, on-brand posts and campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills, with clear, concise writing and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform analytics, or similar).
• Understanding of B2B technology or SaaS marketing; familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot) is a plus.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics, report insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
