Web Designer (WordPress & UI/UX)

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Web Designer with 2-4 years of experience who specializes in WordPress development and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of website design principles, user experience, and modern web technologies to create visually appealing and highly functional websites.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites that align with client/business requirements.
• Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
• Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience and website performance.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and mobile-optimized.
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to integrate functionality and design.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites with new features and improvements.
• Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular maintenance.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, WordPress updates, and design technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in Web Design, WordPress development, and UI/UX.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
• Familiarity with basic PHP and MySQL for WordPress customization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous WordPress and UI/UX projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce website design.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design using Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and website tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
