Job Title: Senior Data Quantitative Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Senior Data Quantitative Analyst to conduct advanced statistical analyses, extract insights from large, complex datasets, and support decision-making across business portfolios. This role involves close collaboration with technical and non-technical teams to explain the business impact of data-driven findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore, profile, and mine large-scale data sets to extract actionable insights.
• Perform complex data manipulation and statistical analysis using SQL, SAS, and/or Python.
• Modify and maintain data structures, and document processes to improve data accessibility and efficiency.
• Develop visualizations and concise materials to present analysis results to senior business stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on performance across multiple portfolios or campaigns, explaining variances and interactions.
• Work with visualization specialists to build interactive dashboards and data tools.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their technical and analytical development.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk and control standards; proactively identify and escalate potential risks.
• Maintain internal control standards and address audit findings promptly.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or Python for statistical analysis and data handling.
• Strong foundation in statistical and quantitative analysis techniques.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights.
• Experience in working with large datasets and data warehousing environments.

Preferred:

• Background in Financial Services or a related industry.
• Experience creating dashboards and interactive data visualizations.
• Familiarity with risk and compliance procedures in a regulated environment.
