Full Stack Developer (React / Python)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend expertise (React) along with backend experience (Python or relevant backend technologies). You will be responsible for enhancing UI/UX components, optimizing functionality, and contributing to scalable web application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications using React
• Implement modern UI/UX features including animations and interactive components
• Optimize layout structures and improve user interface performance
• Develop and maintain backend functionality (Python or similar stack)
• Build and manage authentication and secure access systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Python (Django, Flask, or similar frameworks preferred)
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience implementing UI animations and interactive elements
• Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
• Understanding of authentication systems and security best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git and version control
• Knowledge of modern UI/UX design principles
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
