Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on short-term sales and long-term brand building.
- Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including paid social media, paid search, and affiliate marketing) across the full marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of performance marketing initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
- Design A/B testing, brand lift surveys, and other attribution-based measurement studies across social media channels to drive business results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and innovation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, make recommendations based on the analysis and implement optimizations for maximum impact.
- Assist on the development of performance marketing dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Build a strong working relationship with media sales partners to address day-to-day needs and maintain campaign accounts effectively.
- Work with attribution partners to develop media strategies aimed at driving key business results such as brand awareness and sales lift.
- Develop audience strategies using campaign briefs and target audience research analysis.
- Maintain detailed files of all pertinent records (including latest media plans and performance reports) relevant to each campaign.
- Stay informed about new marketing platforms and techniques, seeking opportunities to innovate and develop new media strategies to propel the company's advertising forward.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a direct-to-consumer organization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social media, paid search, and affiliate marketing
- Demonstrated experience using AI to drive effectiveness and efficiency of performance marketing
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Looker, etc.) to drive campaign optimization and performance measurement
- Experience managing the relationship with a media agency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Highly analytical and results-oriented, with a focus on driving measurable business impact through performance marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.
