Solis is expanding its European marketing team, and we’re looking for a Regional Marketing Activation Manager to join us!

Established in 2005, Solis is one of the world’s largest and most experienced manufacturers of solar inverters, with a growing portfolio of energy storage solutions. As we continue to expand across Europe, we’re looking for marketing professionals who can turn regional strategies into impactful local campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Execute regional and country-level marketing plans aligned with Solis’ European strategy.

• Partner closely with local sales teams, country managers, distributors, and customers to support commercial objectives.

• Deliver local marketing campaigns, joint marketing initiatives, PR activities, trade shows, and customer events.

• Adapt global marketing campaigns and content to meet the needs of different European markets.

• Build strong relationships with local media, agencies, and external partners.

• Share market insights to help shape future marketing strategies.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in regional, field, or market activation roles.

• A strong commercial mindset and experience working closely with sales teams.

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to adapt marketing strategies to different markets and cultures.

• Strong English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.

• A proactive, independent, and collaborative approach.

• Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
