Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of hands-on digital marketing expertise, deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, partner with industry and product leaders to align marketing with business priorities, and oversee internal and external websites, HubSpot data, and workflows. This position is critical to driving lead generation, customer engagement, and strengthening SolidCAM’s presence in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Implement HubSpot marketing automation tools to build, test, and deploy campaigns.
- Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and website content management
- Partner with content creators and designers to ensure alignment with business goals and market needs.
HubSpot (CRM) Management
- Implement and maintain HubSpot CRM data integrity, workflows, and automation.
- Develop and manage campaign flows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture strategies.
- Build and present dashboards and reports for marketing and leadership.
- Train and support team members on HubSpot best practices and marketing tools.
- Assist with integration between HubSpot and WordPress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
- Skilled in email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools, with a strong willingness to expand expertise
- Strong understanding and business awareness of the products, services and solutions we offer to our clients
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
