About the role
We built the product. Now the mission is simple: turn traction into growth.
We are building SoLEAD, a B2B platform that helps companies find the right prospects at the right time. The product is already live with a small group of early users and we are starting to see early traction.
We are looking for a mid to senior level growth and digital marketing expert who can help scale the product and build a strong acquisition engine.
You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of growth strategy and execution.
Goal of the role
Your mission is to help acquire 20 paying B2B SaaS clients within 100 days using scalable digital channels.
This means building systems that can generate customers through content, marketing funnels, and digital distribution, without relying on demos or direct founder involvement.
In addition to scalable online acquisition, we are also looking to grow through network effects, partnerships, and targeted outreach when appropriate.
What you might work on
Current channels include email marketing and LinkedIn, but we are open to new ideas and strategies.
Requirements
Having an existing network in SaaS, startups, or marketing communities is a strong advantage.
Compensation
This is a remote contractor role (US / Canada) with performance-based compensation.
Long-term collaboration, leadership role, or equity participation can be discussed depending on results.
