We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in the Microsoft development stack to contribute to the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The successful candidate will bring solid experience in C# and .NET technologies, along with a proactive approach to software quality, continuous improvement, and long-term product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following modern development standards.
• Translate business and functional requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Design and develop backend services with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while continuously improving system stability.
• Collaborate within Agile teams, actively contributing to ceremonies and cross-team initiatives.

Required Experience:

• Proven commercial experience working with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Strong background within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and relational database development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Understanding of unit testing and automated testing principles.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in environments focused on continuous improvement and modern delivery practices.
• Previous exposure to structured Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and broader quality engineering approaches.
