We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to join one of our partners through an outsourcing collaboration. This is a remote-first role, based out of Sofia, Bulgaria, open exclusively to EU citizens. The engagement runs until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

As part of a cross-functional product team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design and deliver bold, visually compelling user experiences that set our product apart.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, devs, BAs, product owners) to turn complex requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
Ensure design consistency across platforms while constantly raising the bar on usability.
Apply user-centered design principles to improve the overall user journey and satisfaction.
Advocate for UX best practices during development, offering expert guidance and feedback.
Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.
Showcase your design thinking through a portfolio that tells the story from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking and end-to-end project work.
Expert-level skills in tools like Figma (we live in it!).
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
Strong verbal and visual communication skills—you can explain your design decisions with clarity.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively across the team.
