Senior UX UI Designer

The Senior UX/UI Designer is a collaborative and strategic role dedicated to developing and executing the design strategy for SPI digital platforms & products. Working closely with Product teams, COEs, Regions, and SPI Leadership, this role ensures the user experience aligns with SWO goals and delivers maximum value by transforming a disparate range of tools into a unified digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive UX/UI strategy for SWO SPI products and services, focused on tooling consolidation and a unified interface.

• Develop and execute a design roadmap that delivers prioritised UI capabilities and features required by COEs.

• Understand the broader ecosystem of SWO products, identifying opportunities to simplify complex outcomes and leverage shared design components.

• Translate market UI trends and best practice and internal SWO needs into the strategy and subsequent designs

• Identify and mitigate UX risks and issues, manage design escalations, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.

• Collaborate with COE, sales, and delivery teams to capture and validate requirements, creating high quality mockups and success criteria for implementation and tracking.

Job Requirements

• Highly experienced in digital UX/UI design, specifically within IT services tooling

• Experienced in creating and executing a vision for a unified digital experience across disparate tools.

• Strong analytical skills leveraging usability metrics and KPIs to inform design decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Technical aptitude with familiarity in modern front-end frameworks and development workflows.

• Expert in Figma

• Proficient with Google Analytics or other user behaviour tracking tools

Success Metrics

• Team metric - Achievement of strategic product goals and business impact (revenue, pipeline, adoption, retention, etc.).

• Team metric - Stakeholder satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Consolidation and unification of disconnected UX milestones
