Solving machine learning problems such as forecasting, churn modeling, segmentation, targeting, and more
Crafting solutions based on large language models like text generation, summarization, and conversational AI
Creating end-to-end machine learning pipelines, encompassing EDA, feature engineering, feature selection, model training, and deployment
Developing solutions for speech, text, image, and video analytics problems
Perform training, and workshops collecting requirements from client
Participating in AI/ML presales activities based on cloud technologies
Translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Leading projects from a technical perspective

Job Requirements

We are looking for ambitious and proven professionals who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

Over 4 years of professional experience in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence
Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
A good background in crafting AI/ML solutions and accurately estimating workload
Experience in conducting workshops with both technical and non-technical collaborators
Advanced proficiency in Python programming
A solid theoretical understanding of machine learning concepts
A collaborative spirit with the ability to mentor less experienced team members
Proficiency in English and Polish
Proficiency in German, Dutch, or Ukrainian is a plus
Experience in Security and DevOps, or equivalent experience, is highly desirable.
