Job Description
- Work with business datasets (experience with criminal data is a nice-to-have, but not required).
- Collaborate closely with the Product Team to define and deliver analytical needs.
- Provide on-demand data extracts, validations and consistency checks.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for data quality improvements.
- Consolidate reports and dashboards and contribute to standardization initiatives.
- Manage report access, data refresh schedules and user support.
- Support the creation of effective visualizations and innovative dashboards using relevant tools.
- Actively participate in team discussions, meetings and briefings to gather requirements for current and future projects.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Strong practical knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, etc.).
- Ability to prepare and interpret charts (e.g., pie, bar, column).
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI).
- Knowledge of VBA or other automation methods.
- Prior experience working with large, complex datasets.
