We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support our client.This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position – how you’ll contribute

Salesforce Enhancements & System Integration: Design, implement, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring high performance and reliability across the platform.
Database & BI Excellence: Apply advanced SQL and relational database expertise to build and optimize data models that support both Salesforce operations and broader BI strategies.
End-to-End Development: Architect and implement scalable, reliable solutions that ensure data integrity and seamless integration with external systems.
Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned.
Documentation & Multitasking: Become the go-to expert in creating and utilising detailed documentation while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Engage in peer code reviews, advocate for best practices and process improvements, and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing, forward-thinking development culture.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

Experience: 5+ years development (on any OO language) + good understanding of DB's.
Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming with hands-on experience in SQL and relational database management, crucial for BI tasks.
Expertise in Apex and integration (REST/SOAP APIs).
Strong documentation discipline.
Cert: Platform Developer II (minimum).
Proficient in English at a communicative level (B2+)
