Product Owner (Russian-speaking)

Ready to shape the future of our products? We're looking for a Product Owner to join our team remotely and take charge of new features, from the first idea to a successful launch. In this practical role, you'll be the key link between our clients' needs and our development teams, turning business goals into fantastic software solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with the Product Manager to help define the product vision and roadmap.
• Talk with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and understand what they need to succeed.
• Create and manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories and setting priorities for the development team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our engineers and designers during development sprints, answering questions and clearing roadblocks.
• Keep stakeholders updated on progress and present the results of your team's work.
• Track feature development from start to finish, identifying potential issues and ensuring a smooth release.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Experience with B2B software (like CRM or similar systems) is a major plus.
• A strong, practical understanding of Agile principles.
• The ability to grasp technical concepts and discuss them confidently with development teams.
• Previous experience working at a software company that builds web applications.
• Strong English skills (spoken and written). Russian language skills are a great asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to see both the big picture and the important details.
• Great communication and people skills—you can easily work with different teams to achieve a common goal.
• You are organized, practical, and enjoy learning new things.
