We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Data Scientist to join our team. This role is not just about research; it is about implementing cutting-edge ML and LLM solutions that deliver measurable business impact to our clients. We value transparency, full client IP ownership, and the drive to turn complex technical challenges into success, often working in close integration with our clients' in-house teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Management: Lead the full life cycle of R&D projects (from concept and research to industrial deployment), including technical execution and managing communication with business stakeholders.
• ML Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy classical Machine Learning models (boosting, sklearn) to solve key business problems.
• LLM & Generative AI: Research and implement solutions based on Large Language Models (LLM) and the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture using relevant frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Research & Prototyping: Conduct deep data research, formulate hypotheses, and create working prototypes focused on innovation and optimization.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Work within cross-functional project teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Hard Skills (Technical Expertise):

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or ML Engineering roles.
• Project Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading ML projects within project teams, including model deployment into production.
• Full R&D Cycle: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the entire R&D project lifecycle (from ideation to production).
• Core ML Stack (Mandatory):
• Expert proficiency in Python and key libraries: pandas, numpy, sklearn.
• Expert experience with boosting algorithms (CatBoost, LightGBM).
• Experience with model interpretability using SHAP.
• Skills in quality data visualization (seaborn/plotly/matplotlib).
• LLM & RAG (Required/Strongly Preferred):
• Practical experience with LangChain framework.
• Familiarity with various LLMs (llama, qwen, ChatGPT) and the Hugging Face platform.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in leading not only the technical part but also effective interaction with stakeholders (business owners/clients).
• Business Focus: A strong desire to translate research into scalable business impact.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English (both written and verbal) is required for effective work in an international environment and communication with clients/documentation.
