SoftSwiss is looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to join the team working on a modular B2B platform in the iGaming industry. This role requires confident design skills, an understanding of user experience principles, and a willingness to grow within a mature product environment.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for designing and refining user interfaces that align with business goals, enhance usability, and maintain visual consistency across products. By contributing to new screens, modules, and user flows, improving existing solutions, and working within established UX patterns and design systems, you will help deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Design interfaces based on existing UX patterns, the design system, and business requirements.
- Contribute to new screens, modules, and user flows.
- Support and improve current solutions: refine UI, align visuals, and apply feedback.
- Work with variables, tokens, and components within the design system.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers.
- Participate in design reviews, team discussions, and decision-making.
Required Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Experience designing for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Solid UI skills and confident proficiency in Figma.
- Understanding of layout systems, typography, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with components, variables, and design tokens.
- Willingness to work within a product process and consider technical constraints.
- Good written and spoken English or a strong willingness to improve.
- Russian is the main working language within the team.
