Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring an SMM Manager to join our Marketing Team. We are seeking a creative and data-driven SMM Manager to lead our social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn, drive brand awareness, and support business growth through engaging content and executive positioning.
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for driving the company’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn, to boost brand awareness and generate leads. The role includes creating engaging content, promoting executive thought leadership, leveraging AI tools, and amplifying the company’s visibility at key industry events.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute the social media strategy (with a focus on LinkedIn) to increase awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and manage content plans: posts, thought leadership, creative campaigns.
- Promote and position company executives as industry experts through personal branding initiatives.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align social media activities with business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Use AI tools for content creation, design, and creative generation.
- Track social media and industry trends to bring fresh ideas into our strategy.
- Support company’s participation in EU iGaming conferences with digital coverage.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in SMM (preferably B2B / fintech / tech companies).
- Proven experience working with LinkedIn as the main growth channel.
- Strong working knowledge of all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta ecosystem – Facebook & Instagram, etc.).
- Strong skills in analytics and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, text, and creative content generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
- Proactive, creative, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within the EU for industry events.
