Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Middle Marketing Project Manager to join our Brand & Product Marketing Team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing project professional to coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives, drive the execution of integrated campaigns, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Purpose of the role:

You will support the Brand & Product Marketing team in turning marketing strategies and business priorities into structured projects, integrated campaigns, and measurable action plans.

Working closely with the Head of Brand & Product Marketing, Brand Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution and directly contribute to the launch and delivery of brand, product, and advertising campaigns.

The role combines strong marketing project management with hands-on marketing execution, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and against agreed KPIs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Brand & Product Marketing, Brand Managers, and Product Marketing Managers in planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Translate marketing strategies and business priorities into structured project plans with clear deliverables, owners, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, campaign plans, roadmaps, timelines, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects involving Brand, Product Marketing, PR, SMM, Digital, Events, Design, Sales, Product, Analytics, and other teams.
  • Organise project kick-offs, working sessions, status meetings, and regular project updates, ensuring timely follow-up on agreed actions.
  • Manage the execution of integrated marketing, brand, product, and advertising campaigns from planning and briefing through launch, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate external agencies, media partners, production companies, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality execution.
  • Coordinate the development and production of marketing assets and support GTM initiatives, product launches, 360° campaigns, and other cross-functional marketing activities.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, budgets, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively driving issue resolution.
  • Prepare project status updates, KPI dashboards, campaign performance reports, and optimisation recommendations for key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring decisions, responsibilities, action items, deadlines, and outcomes are clearly documented.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, marketing workflows, templates, and team processes.

Required Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Project Management, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management, planning, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with project plans, timelines, budgets, KPIs, and project documentation.
  • Experience coordinating external agencies and marketing vendors.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Advanced English and Russian proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, iGaming, FinTech, or Technology companies.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
