We’re growing fast — and now we’re looking for a sharp, ROI-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to drive our next stage of customer acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
- Build and run full-funnel campaigns focused on the US healthcare market
- Rapidly test and scale creative, audience, and offer variations
- Manage budgets of $10K–$15K/month and deliver CPL < $150, CAC payback < 3 months
- Work closely with our CMO, content team, and CRM to connect performance with pipeline
- Set up dashboards, attribution, and reporting to track ROAS, SQLs, and MRR impact
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (B2B SaaS or healthtech a plus)
- Proven success running paid campaigns targeting US audiences
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel metrics, and cohort logic
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta/Google ad platforms, Looker Studio or Sheets
- You’re fast, analytical, self-directed, and results-driven
