Senior React Software Engineer

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with 6+ years building and scaling production-grade systems as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer
• Skilled in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and Auth0
• Proficient in CSS3 features including flex layouts, CSS variables, and media queries, with a deep understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experienced in performance optimization and frontend architecture
• Strategic in reducing scope and delivering value within budget and timeline constraints
• Capable of mentoring junior developers and guiding implementation decisions
• Clear in technical documentation and aligned with the existing system architecture
• Communicative with strong collaboration skills and fluent in English
• Familiar with distributed systems, microservices, or serverless environments (a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Own UI development for a scoped, time-boxed project with clear delivery targets
• Build efficient, maintainable, and high-performance frontend components that integrate with existing systems and design libraries
• Translate product requirements into practical technical solutions in alignment with budget and architecture constraints
• Write clean, reliable code backed by documentation and unit tests
• Participate in code reviews, demos, and sprint reviews to ensure continuous delivery and alignment
• Actively mentor and support junior frontend engineers
• Identify and implement pragmatic scope reductions that retain user value while optimizing development effort
