Senior React Software Engineer

SoftServe, a leading digital consulting company, is partnering with a global leader in human insights technology. Our project aims to enhance design system architecture and ensure seamless, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Our team is responsible for scaling a modern, browser-native design system, collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver reusable and accessible UI components.

IF YOU ARE

• A Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in front-end development and reusable component libraries
• Experienced with Webpack and module federation for scalable micro-frontends
• Skilled in integrating design systems with Figma and Supernova
• Knowledgeable about WCAG accessibility standards, performance optimization, and responsive design
• A strong communicator and team player who collaborates effectively across disciplines
• Passionate about innovation, developer experience, and continuous learning
• Proficient in StencilJS, React18, Shadow DOM, AngularJS (nice to have)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Develop and maintain browser-native web components that work across multiple frameworks
• Ensure seamless integration between the design system and Figma
• Optimize the architecture using Webpack configurations and module federation
• Advocate for accessibility best practices and improve UI performance
• Contribute to the design system’s npm package and enhance the developer experience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and gather feedback
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in design systems and front-end technologies
