Senior Java Software Engineer

As a core of the customer's engineering team, we work on product initiatives and enhancements. We perform backend software development, help debug across various microservices and databases, design solutions, and solve problems with engineers within and outside the team.

IF YOU ARE

• Bringing 5+ years of hands-on experience in professional software development
• Proficient in Java and SQL, with strong skills in Spring Boot, Hibernate, Python, MongoDB, and Redis
• Experienced in building distributed systems and microservice architecture
• Familiar with or interested in leveraging AI coding tools to enhance productivity
• Deeply knowledgeable in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
• Capable of iterating and delivering solutions quickly with minimal supervision
• Comfortable communicating with customers in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
• Well-versed- or certified in AWS (would be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

• Develop and deploy clean, well-tested, and efficient code, ensuring high standards of architecture, quality, and performance
• Provide support and improvements to core systems while maintaining high standards for internal stakeholder teams
• Test new insights with novel and quick experiments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and product managers, to guide projects from concept through technical design, implementation, quality testing, and performance measurement
• Be deeply engaged in the full development lifecycle: designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and improving software
