Senior Integration & Automation Engineer

About The Role

In this role, you will contribute to drive enterprise SaaS integrations, automation initiatives, and AI platform enablement across the organization. You will work closely with IT, Engineering, Asset Management, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to optimize our software ecosystem, automate operational processes, and build scalable integrations between internal and third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Build and support custom APIs, webhooks, middleware services, and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate platforms such as Atlassian (Jira/JSM/Confluence), developer productivity tools, AI platforms, identity systems, and cloud services.
• Analyze software utilization metrics and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot system failures and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on programming experience in one or more of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java
• Experienced building integrations using: Atlassian Cloud (Jira, JSM, Confluence), Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar IAM platforms
• Proficient developing automation workflows and orchestration solutions.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Solid knowledge with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Practical experience implementing or supporting AI platform integrations, including: OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Other enterprise AI solutions
